History
JEA Realty™ was founded by 3rd generation
Realtor®, Broker and founder of OpenHouseToday.net, Jim Gingery.
Formerly with one of the leading Real Estate Companies and a prennials
top Greater Bay Area Realtor® Jim opened JEA Realty™ to bring
a personal touch to the Real Estate Industry. While some of our
agents may maintain their own offices, as well, our company
offices are located at:

Buyers and Sellers have many choices of excellent Realtors® to work
with, but at JEA Realty™ the extensive training and
professional background of our Agents set us apart from the others.
Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated networks of computer
and communication systems. We have instance access to all the Multiple
Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and
services that our agents need in order to better serve you.
We also have three full time staff to accommodate all your needs. They
help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your
agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure
the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.
Agents
Many of our Agents have come to Real Estate
from other professional backgrounds offering years of marketing,
negotiation and customer service experience. We offer a blend of ethnic
diversity, speaking a number of different languages. Collectively we
cover and have immediate access to 19 California Counties and continue
to grow. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds.
